There is Another World Out There.
A Greater World, A Superior World.

This World Only Exists to Those Who Know
Where to Find, And Who Possess the Keys
To Enter and Exit at Will...

The Gate to the Superior Worlds

The Superior Worlds
Allow me to throw all the mysticism and fancy wordsmanship aside for a moment and get down to the point.  Within each person lies the a Gate to world that lies just beyond our own.  The Gate has been veiled by the Gods for not everyone is ready, nor worthy to enter the Superior Worlds.  This Gate can only be entered through your nightly dreams, through the protoplasmic or astral worlds.  There is nothing mystical or fantasy realmish about it - these Worlds do exist.  The Superior Worlds is where the Gods and Masters call home.

These Worlds exist within our very own physical reality.  Everything has a physical, astral and vital body.  You are veiled, or kept from seeing, the astral and vital bodies of other beings.  No reason can be given here, but just know that that's the way it is.

In these worlds lay beings who have passed on, Masters of the past (and present) times, structures and creatures unseen by the physical eye and things that can not be described by words alone.  In the highest realms of the Superior Worlds await the Gods and Solar Beings.  Gravity does not exist there, light becomes love and wonders roam freely. These Worlds are truly magnificent to behold and explore.  They wait for you just beyond the Gate, or veil of the mind.

What follows is a very special insider's look to method of acquiring the keys to open the Gate to these Superior Worlds.  In short, I'm going to tell you how to "Wake Up", because right now, at this very moment my friend, you are dreaming...

Hey You, the Sleep Walker!
To begin, you should know
you are caught in a dream - at this very moment, stuck in a dream.

But, what is a dream? A dream is unreality, that which is not real, that which is illusory, that which is not the living moment, it is a projection of one’s ego or desires. And when we as consciousness are identified with that which is not the moment, with that which is not the present, then we are dreaming.

Nearly everyone you know (including yourself) is living in a dream world.  They are caught up with their acts from the past, defining themselves moment from moment by their history.  When they are not reliving past memories, they are fantasizing about the future.  Sometimes they are doing neither, instead they become hypnotized by the created fantasy worlds of others by staring at the television, or listening to a story.  Practically every moment of these peoples lives is lived in an dreamy, hypnotic state, outside of the present 'here and now' reality.

These people watch their favorite movies, chained to the emotional roller-coasters they induce - imaging themselves as actually being there and experiencing the scene through the camera's eyes.  Some people become so enthralled by the movie experience, they even imagine their own life as being a movie - humming their own theme music and observing themselves from the third person.  Sometimes even talking and acting like their favorite movie characters, creating a imagined reality from moment to moment.

Think back to a time when one of your favorite songs came on the radio, what did you do?  Chances are you snapped into a new train of thought, a new dream.  You may have remembered yourself singing to the song before, or mentally relived a good time you had while listening to that song previously.  Perhaps you sang along and rode the emotional highs and lows all the way till the end.  And then just as soon as the song began, it was over - and you had to remember 'what you were thinking' before it came on and took you away to la-la land.

These examples just scratch the surface of the dreamy state we as humans normally live in.  Our consciousness is easily taken from us by media, emotions or even social influences like our friends.  Rarely, if ever are we conscious of our actual selves.  And this is the first lock which keeps us outside the Superior Worlds.

They 1st Key to the Gate
"Know Thyself"

Your consciousness is like the beam from a flashlight.  You, placed in a world of darkness, can only see what you choose to focus it on.  Above you saw how your consciousness is usually focused on arbitrary fantasy worlds, and waking dream states.  To access the Superior Worlds, you must begin focusing your consciousness inward, upon the 'here and now' reality.

Begin by remember that you are not your past, you are not your future.  You are not the contents of your wallet, you are not the car you drive or the style of clothes you wear.  What you are, what you really are, is consciousness; awareness.  You are the consciousness which occupies the body of (your name here).  This consciousness sits, and experiences the world around it from what many religions have come to call "The Seat of the Soul."

Know that there is nothing mystic or magical about the soul.  It is very real, and it exists within you at this very moment.  You can feel it's presence by quieting your mind for a moment and concentrating on the area just above the roof of your mouth.  The Pineal gland, (Seat of the Soul) is located approx. 2" above the rear-roof (soft roof) of the mouth.

Those experienced in meditation will know the spot precisely.  This is the 'source' of the consciousness, or where the beam from the flashlight originates.  By quieting the mind, and focusing inward upon this spot you can come to know the essence of what you really are.

Here is an exercise to increase your awareness of this little thing called consciousness:

Blood Washing
An Exercise in Consciousness

  • The shoes on your feet.  Are they comfortable right now?  Slightly burning, a little tired?  You tell me.
    .
  • What about your butt on the chair, how does it feel? Soar, flat, restless?  You tell me.
    .
  • How about the muscles in your neck, how do they feel? Tired, achy?  You tell me.

You just experience something remarkable - the movement and direction of consciousness.  As you were made aware of items above the beam of consciousness shifted.  It followed your will to the destination of choice.  Sure your butt may have already felt a bit soar, but if you hadn't brought it to your conscious attention you would have never noticed.

Your awareness can be focused (and felt) on any area of your body.  To systematically bring your consciousness to various areas of your body, and feel it move from location to location, is Blood Washing.

For example, starting from up high and jumping down low.  Focus on your scalp, feel it lightly throb or pulsate.  Then quickly pass your consciousness down to the souls of your feet, feel them touch the ground.  Then to your left hand, feel it's temperature, feel it's moisture.  Then to your right hand, etc.

By practicing this you are building up your consciousness like a muscle.  You are becoming better at concentration, singleness of thought and directing your will.  All vital tools in navigating within the Superior Worlds.  Blood Wash everyday before bed, and at the very least you'll increase the lucidity of your nightly dreams.

So now you have the first key. The secret source of your consciousness. The bright light from which your awareness springs, but what to do with it now?  Take it with you when you explore how to obtain the second key, the key of....

They 2nd Key to the Gate
"Self Remembrance"

I will be completely, brutally and utterly honest with you: The second key is the most difficult of the three to obtain.  The second key comes from an accumulation of self knowledge (The 1st Key) on top of a super-human effort to continually remember yourself.  Let me explain.

After nagging ourselves long enough, this self remembrance becomes habit - it becomes motor instinctual.  Your have three 'brains' in a matter of speaking.  Your intellect, your emotion and your motor instinctual.  Your intellect works the slowest, motor instinctual the fastest.

For example, the difference in processing speed between these three 'brains' can be seen when you accidentally place your hand on a hot stove.  The motor instinctual brain takes over and quickly removes the hand before you even have time to think (intellectual brain) about it.  By using your intellect to program (consciously remembering to do it over and over) your instinctual motor center, over time, self remembrance (awareness of where your consciousness has fixed it's attention) can become as automatic as removing your hand from a hot stove.

Here and Now
When we visit the Superior Worlds, we do not do so because we are caught up in another dream.  We are only able to enter the Superior Worlds when we have trained ourselves to be aware of the 'here and now', to be persistently aware of where our consciousness has accumulated and is focused.

We must undertake the task of self remembrance from moment to moment.  We must live in the 'here and now'.  We must constantly ask ourselves, "Am I caught up in another dream, another fantasy, another train of thought that is not in the here and now?  Am I sleep walking again?"

Once this self remembrance is called upon enough times, it will become automatic, and it is only than that we can begin to catch a glimpse of the Superior Worlds.

Once self remembrance has become instinctual you're no longer a sleep walker.  You no longer are a walking zombie.  You've been freed of the chains that enslave so many Americans.  You are no longer a 'meer mortal' caught up in fantasy realms, self imagined fears and mental self projections of how you would like to be.  Self remembrance is the first requirement to join amongst the ranks of the Adepts, Magicians, Shaman and Masters alike.

We must undertake the task of conscious self
remembrance from moment to moment.

We must observe our daily thoughts, actions
and emotions without bias.

We must undertake this task seriously and with urgency.

Nightly Dream Recall
During the day our efforts to opening the Gate comes in the form of self awareness, self remembrance.  At night, the same hold's true.

Part I: Setting Up A Dream Log
Your first task in remembering your nightly dreams is to setup a dream journal, or dream log.  This notebook should be used only for recalling and writing down your dreams.  Likewise, you should also have a certain block of 5-10 minutes every morning reserved just for recording your dreams.  Obviously the best time for this is when you wake in the morning.

Keep it close to your bed.  As you become more aware of your dreams - and you will with effort - you will begin to wake up after each sleep cycle.  This is the perfect time to take 2 minutes and record the dream.  Not only are you telling your subconscious mind "Yes, I intend to become aware of my dreams, and in my dreams", but you also are creating a log that you can later use for further self discovery.

Part II: Remembering Your Dreams
Some people are so engulfed in their daily and nightly dreams, they don't even remember them!  They've saturated themselves in the emotions and sensations of the dreams so much that they have tricked themselves to believing they are the dream. A dream is just a projection.  It's a movie of your ego's desires, fears, frustrations.  They are manifestations of your creative mind.  People do in their dreams what they would never do in real life in order to finally fulfill these desires, to satisfy their egos.  You must learn to begin watching the movie instead of being in, and the star of, the movie.

Keep these things in mind before drifting off to sleep.  Remember to observe yourself, to remember yourself, prior to falling asleep.  These things will help you greatly upon waking when it's time to recall your dreams.

When you wake from a dream, and are conscious again of yourself laying in bed, be still.  Do not move for a minute.  Upon waking your astral body is still 'reattaching' it's self to your physical vessel.  Let it do so without being disturbed.  The memories of your dreams are fragile and can be lost like a whisper in the wind if you are not careful.  Be patient and allow yourself to gently wake up.  Once fully revamped, sit up and record your dreams in the dream log you prepared in part I.

Part III: Recording Your Dreams
The dream log is sacred.  Do not take it as a joke.  When you first start this inner exploration, this journey to the Gate, it may seem like a child's game.  Rest assured, it is not, and the more you progress the more you will see urgency and importance of this work.

Once again, it is vitally important to record your dreams just after waking.  The longer you wait the better chance the dream has to get distorted or fade completely.  It's ideal to record the dream while still in bed so keep it close by.

Date each entry, and record the time.  Some of your entries may come in the middle of the night so make a note of this as well.  Each entry should at least cover three things - the character(s), the setting and the activities.  So an entry could be as short as three sentences, or pages long depending on how well you remember the dream and how elaborate you want to make it.

Pictures should be drawn on specially important dreams.  There is no need to waste time making them perfect, the purpose of them is only to jog your memory.  A rough sketch, stick figures even, will do the trick.  More artistic folk have created entire collections of work and paintings based on their dreams alone, so feel free to be as elaborate with them as you like - it can only help.

To sum up the second key: Observe, Record and Remember Yourself - Always.  Do not associate yourself with your dreams, watch and record them without bias.  Becoming constantly and instinctually self aware is to acquire the 2nd Key to the Gate.

They 3rd and Final Key
"The Astral Body"

Before seeking the the Entrance unto the Gate, you'll need to make sure you've done the preparatory work:

  • Have you obtained a greater understanding of your true self?  Can you differentiate between a dream and reality?  Have you caught yourself in the middle of a dream and brought yourself back to the 'here and now' reality at least 1000 times?
  • Have you consistently observed and recorded your nightly dreams?  Are you more aware of your ego's dreams, desires and fears?  Is your dream log nearly full?
  • Would you choose the path of self discover over indulgence in a lustful dream?  Would you deny a fleshly desire if it meant discovering the secrets of this life, of yourself?

Only when you can answer yes to all those questions above are you prepared to obtain conscious awareness of your Astral Body.  Only within your Astral Body are you permitted to enter the Gate and cross over into the Superior Worlds.

Obtaining The 3rd Key - Your Astral Body
All you must do is become aware of it; however, the first two keys are required to release and obtain the 3rd.

Unfortunately you can not do this while conscious (focused upon) your physical form.  The 3rd key can only be obtained when liberated from your physical self.  As I mentioned above, this is law - as the astral world has been veiled from the physical to keep the 'unworthy' or 'unprepared' out of the Holy Land, out of the Superior Worlds.

However there is a time when you are not subject to the laws of the physical veil.  It is in this moment where you are allowed to view and obtain control of the astral self, the 3rd key.  This precise moment is during sleep - when the egos have been liberated from your being - during your nightly dreams.

Armed with the knowledge of the first two keys you may enter sleep in search of the 3rd key.  Many nights may pass where you do not find the key, but the search for this priceless treasure must continue night after night.  Diligence is most important.

Once liberated from your physical body (asleep), you must use the second key (self remembrance).  In the midst of a dream you must instinctually turn the second key and ask yourself, "Is this another dream?  Where is my consciousness focused at this very moment?  What have I fixated my attention on?"

The completion of this question in the midst of a dream is when the third key will be granted.  You will be given conscious control of your Astral Body.  You will be given the 3rd key.

This question, this self awareness must be motor-instinctual. This comes only through waking practice and persistent effort. Otherwise the 3rd key will be lost just as soon as it was obtained.

Conscious awareness in the midst of a dream
is to obtain control of your Astral Body and is to possess the 3rd and Final Key.

Opening the Gate
The three keys is all that is needed to shatter the veil and enter into the Superior Worlds.  The Gate is automatically opened for you once the keys are obtained.  The opening of the Gate is more or less a revelation in consciousness.  There will be no mistake about it, you'll know when you've crossed the threshold between this world and the next.

When you possess the three keys, the veil will drop like a curtain and the key players of this reality will be revealed unto you.

The veil is like a two way mirror.  Those on the other side can see us, but we can not see them.  Once the keys to this veil has been obtained, the mirror will shatter before our eyes and the 'real world' is revealed to us.

To experience the Superior Worlds is truly a marvelous thing.  It will be just like a lucid dream.  However the difference is that you are not experiencing a subjective world created by your mind.  Rather, you are experiencing the objective, the 'physical' world from a protoplasmic state.  You are objectively viewing the world as it truly is - not tainted by earthly desires, by egotistical impulses etc.  You are experiencing Eden.

There is another way to shatter the veil, and this is to die.  However, to die without obtaining conscious awareness of your Astral Body is a horrible thing.  This is the case for most people on this planet -- they will die without the knowledge that they have more than one body and so when their physical body dies, their consciousness 'dies' with it.  For those who have not completed the Great Work, death of the physical body is tragic.

The urgency of this work can not be stressed enough.  You have a taste of what is needed from you now.  Undertake this work with urgency, with diligence and with fiery emotional intensity.  In a very real sense, your immortality, your 'eternal life in heaven' depends upon it.  Don't hesitate any longer.

End Notes

This special report has been a chopped down version of the Gnostic's work to 'waking up' one's own consciousness to reality.  It is the first step a new Initiate must take to acquiring his/her solar (or eternal) body, which is required to navigate and learn upon the astral plane of the Superior Worlds.

This work comes from a compilation of many different sources, including excepts from some of the authors other works which were based upon many years of independent and group study. The work is only meant to give the reader a rough understanding or introduction to the work of self realization.

The author suggests much more research and study to any aspiring pupil of the Superior Worlds.  This statement is especially meant for those born under the Zodiac sign of Pisces - as you have a grave 'head start' in obtaining these keys and would benefit most deeply from the completion of this work.

Suggested reading would include anything relating to Gnosis, and the 72 works of Samael Aun Weor.

Congratulations, by completing this report you've began already began laying the first bricks.  The path to liberation is paved with knowledge.

There are many like me, in this world and the next, who will continually strive to help you find your way.  Our hearts reach out to you wherever along the path you may find yourself.

We patiently wait for you on the other side.
