to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by
Venomous-Magick.com without prior notice to you.

facilitates shopping services and an extensive collection of information.
You also acknowledge and agree that the Venomous-Magick.com service
include links and communications from Venomous-Magick.com such as service
announcements and administrative messages.
Unless stated otherwise, new features that
enhance or augment the current service; including release of new features,
shall be subject to Terms of Service.
You are responsible for obtaining access to

service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if
Venomous-Magick.com believes that you have violated or acted
inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Service.

service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any
suspension or termination of your access to the Venomous-Magick.com
service under any provision of this Terms of Service may be effected
without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Venomous-Magick.com
may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related
information and/or bar any further access to the Venomous-Magick.com
service. Further, you agree that Venomous-Magick.com shall not be liable
to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the
Venomous-Magick.com service.
8. Guarantee Policy
You fully understand and agree that you are required to show that you
made an effort to follow the program and that you fully read and
understood the manual. For this reason, refunds will not be given until
after the first 30 days, which we feel is the correct time factor to
assess the program and the results achieved.

agree that you must send us the following information typed or printed on
a piece of paper:
